A Prayer for Tough Times
Thank You, Father, that I am surrounded by light.
There are no gloomy corners in Your presence. The sun filters through the clouds
and no shadow can ever turn the starlight off.
Thank You, Father, that after winter comes spring,
after death comes a new resurrection, and so I wait for the rock to crack and
for the flower to open into blossom today through my faith in You.
I experience Your grace, mercy, and peace now. I do
not understand it, so I rejoice in experiencing it. Amen. |
