For Others in Need
I thank You, Father, for the blessings that are
being poured into my life with every passing moment in this time of prayer.
I sense that my mind is being cleansed of negative thoughts, my soul is being
purged and washed clean, and my heart is being filled with love, peace, joy,
hope, and faith.
O God, many around me today and this past week have traveled over rough roads;
others have traveled through low valleys of pain and trouble; still others are
climbing steep mountains. Through laughter and tears we work and live together
in Your world. For each of these, my brothers and sisters - Your children, I
pray today.
Some have had exciting awards and others crushing blows, and so I pray the
prayer with the psalmist,
Every morning I shall praise Him for His kindness, every evening I shall rejoice
in all His faithfulness.
